This policy describes how Wizely3D processes personal data in the context of Wizely3D Smart Support, an add-in for AutoCAD Plant 3D, under Brazilian Law no. 13.709/2018 (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — LGPD).

Processing is limited to what is necessary to operate the licence and the product:
The IP address recorded on form submission is used exclusively to limit abuse and automated submissions, and is deleted together with the corresponding message.
Wizely3D does not collect the content of your drawings or projects. DWG geometry, coordinates, project names and files remain on your workstation and are never transmitted. We also do not perform behavioural analytics and do not process sensitive personal data.
Processing of account and licensing data is necessary for the performance of the contract entered into with the data subject or the contracting company. Error telemetry relies on the legitimate interest of ensuring the security and correct operation of the software, limited to technical diagnostic information. Data submitted through the contact form is processed to address your own request, on the basis of preliminary procedures related to a contract at the data subject's request.
Wizely3D acts as controller. The infrastructure provider hosting the services acts as processor, handling data exclusively under our instructions. Data is stored on infrastructure hosted in Brazil. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
Send your request to privacidade@wizely.org. Requests are answered within the statutory deadlines.
Deleting an account removes the profile and the associated session records. Telemetry records linked to the data subject are deleted upon request.
All traffic between the add-in and our services runs over HTTPS/TLS. Session tokens are encrypted locally with Windows DPAPI, in the user scope, and the password is never written to disk. Technical measures are detailed in the Technical Security and Architecture Guide, available on request at support@wizely.org.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the product or in the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
